In the article I mentioned earlier, I described the idea of the three levels of self-awareness or being aware of one’s own experience and what we can’t control. I think that is a helpful way to think about our level of consciousness. On the one hand, we can’t control what happens; on the other hand, we can control what we do.
That’s why I think it’s so important to know something about ourselves so we can be aware of our own experiences. That’s why I think we need to be aware of what we can’t control. For example, I have a pretty good idea about how I feel about myself, but it’s just that I don’t trust myself at all. I think it’s pretty safe to say that I’m not going to be able to control things like that, but if I could I probably would.
A lot of the reasons I avoid giving myself advice, I think at least some of them are because I dont know how to say it. Like for example, I know how to say “I’m afraid of this”. I dont know how to say “I’m afraid of not feeling good about these things”. There are a lot of reasons why I dont trust myself.
This is not the place to talk about it, but we should talk about it in other ways and this is one of them. If we want to talk about it, I would suggest we talk about it in our own self-help book, so that you can think about it.
The good news is that there are a lot of ways you can trust yourself. If you want to think about it, you can always try to trust yourself. If you want to trust yourself, then you can try to be the right amount of self aware. If you want to trust yourself, then you can try to be a good nurse. If you want to trust yourself, then you can try to be a good doctor.
I can’t think of a single self-awareness tool that makes you sound bad as a doctor or a nurse. It’s a matter of personal judgment. If that’s the case it is up to you. If you want to be a good doctor or a good nurse, then you can go to school and learn, you can practice, you can practice and practice.
You might be thinking, “I know good doctors and nurses. My mom is a doctor and my sister is a nurse.” In fact, there is no shortage of medical professions in the US. We have doctors, dentists, pharmacists, veterinarians, physical therapists, medical social workers, and so much more.
I was a nurse for years. I did a lot of different things. I was a nurse for the last three years of my life, which is a very short period of time. I’m glad I’m not going to be one of those weird people who go into nursing. I know what I like and I know what I don’t like. I know that I’m not a perfect person, I’m quite certain about that.
No one can be a perfect person. We are imperfect and fall short of perfection. In fact, we have a name for it: Human Nature. It is something we all struggle with at one time or another. We have a name for it because we can never get rid of it. We all have our own ideas about what should be better, what should be more than average, what should be the norm. That is human nature.
If we can’t seem to agree on what is the “normal,” then maybe we should just accept it and stop worrying about it. So instead of worrying if you like the movie, or if you like the book, or if you liked the book, or if you liked the movie, you should just accept that you are human and that you are imperfect.
