The world is pretty scary and you want to be able to turn off your brain and relax into a more dream-like state before you end up getting killed or kidnapped again. If this was the case it would be pretty hard to use these techniques in a world where zombies were walking around.
This has proven to be a very effective method of keeping our minds off of the world. We actually only use it once we’re sleeping, and that usually happens around 10:00 p.m. every night. It seems that this helps us to relax before we sleep so we can get ready for bed. We also use it to help us to get a good nights sleep at certain times during the day.
The thing about this method is that it can be used at any reasonable time of day. In fact, we use it at the same time every morning, around 7.50 AM.
In order to get the most out of our sleep, we have to get us ready to get to bed. We start by getting our minds off of the world and into the good stuff.
