I like to recommend that you use this first thing in the morning to jump-start your blood sugar so that you can get on your way quickly.
Well, I guess my question is, which would you take? The time-release one, or the sugar one? I have been on the time-release one for a couple of months now, and it is fantastic. I have never felt anything but energy and happiness, and I feel amazing when I wake up. I have a hard time getting up in the morning, and the sugar version seems to work better for me.
So, I’ll answer with the sugar version, which is the time-release. The sugar version seems to work better, but I can’t say that for sure. The sugar version is more complicated to take, and I prefer my own.
The fact that this makes anyone feel great is a big deal. I know this because when I started taking the sugar version I was told I’d feel as good as it was possible for me to feel. But, as I’ve gotten more used to taking it, I’ve come to realize that I can feel great at times. I’ve never felt better.
