A simple reason why the blood-hungry criminals are not the worst is because they can’t get to the island and take down a gang of blood-hungry criminals. You play as a group of guys that need to make a decision on what they want to do next.
The guys you meet are, well, gang-members. To play this game you need to know how to read people. This is not something you can pick up in a couple of weeks, and it requires some time to get used to. That’s why it takes a while to find out what you’re doing and why you’re doing it.
