The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us.

I think this is one of the most interesting topics to study and the more we learn about the brain and the way it works, the more we realize that our brains are much more complicated and far more complex than we may think. We also seem to be living in an interesting time in our history where we seem to be getting closer and closer to living inside of a computer.
The mind is built this way because we are being told to be very careful when thinking or thinking. We have to be a little careful as we constantly get bigger and bigger.
