This is my first time to try the tinychart app, which is basically a dashboard where you can track your fitness and health. I love the app, which is simple and straightforward, but what I like about it most is that you can have a simple, but effective, activity to keep it going. I’m a huge fan of it because of all the information that you can get from the app.

Basically, everything is in the app, but if you want to track your calories, you just have to open the app and pull up the list of your meals and snacks. If you want more information, you just have to visit the website and scroll down a little bit. You can also track your sleep, your mood, your energy, and all these other things.

I’m a big fan of health tracking sites. The ones I like the most are the ones that give you access to your own health data.
