I am a huge fan of this guy. He writes about things I wouldn’t even dream of buying or doing myself. His self-awareness is one of the most valuable things I have learned over the years. It’s also one of the most difficult. I am a huge proponent of the five simple rules for becoming a better person and more well-rounded person. The more I learn about myself, the easier it is for me to become a better person.
I think the secret is not to try to be perfect, or to try to fix the things you think you should be fixing. I think that is the biggest mistake that human beings make. We have a tendency to think that if we do X, that will make us happy. That is, in a sense, an oversimplification. As much as we like to think that we can fix things, we can’t. We are limited by what we can fix.
If we can fix a problem, then we can think we fixed it. If we can fix something, then we can think we fixed something. If we can think we can fix something, then we are free to think differently about the problem.
Like anyone who has ever spent any time with a therapist, I know this. You often hear that if you want to get your life back to normal, it’s best to do something about the things that are making you unhappy, before you actually do anything about them. Maybe you should take a look at your diet or your exercise habits, or your home. Sometimes, it will be best to fix the problem before you fix the problem with the problem.
It makes perfect sense that having something to fix something we are struggling with would help get us back on track. That’s why people often suggest that you first address the problem you are struggling with and then you can begin to figure out how to fix it. I think that’s one of the most common misconceptions about therapy, which is that people who have a problem and they want to fix it are more likely to actually do something about it.
The problem is that it is so easy to get stuck with the solution that you can’t really even get it to work. That’s because it’s so hard to get stuck with the problem that you are stuck with. If you are stuck with the problem you are stuck with, then you’re going to have to do a lot of work.
You see people all the time who suffer from anxiety disorders and have tried to fix it for quite some time with medications, counseling, therapies, etc. The problem is that they have also gotten stuck with the solution. They have convinced themselves that it works and they have been putting the pieces together in their head for years.
I know this to a certain extent, but I have been reading many posts and articles on the web that talk about the idea of “chunking” your worries.
If you want to tackle stress in a more effective way, you can chunk it. Instead of putting it in your head in one big pile, you can break it down into smaller pieces and work it out on a small scale.
This is a great technique. You can have a million worries (like the ones you’re talking about in this article) and work them into chunks. Each bit is like a mini-problem you can work out. You’ll be able to figure out which bit would be the most beneficial, and go through it and decide which one to tackle first.
