I love the concept of self-awareness, but I have to be honest, it is a little scary. I think one of the most important things you can do to become more self-aware is to take a few minutes to think every single time you go somewhere for your car. Think about where you are going, what you are doing, and what you can control at that moment.

You don’t get that with self-awareness, though. We don’t spend so much time thinking about our life processes and our physical activities. We don’t get to experience things or think about them. So we can control our way of thinking and do the things that matter most.

When a person talks about his or her own life, we are not in any danger of falling into a state of unconscious thinking. Most of us are able to think in a way that’s consistent with the rules we’re supposed to follow. You can be as stupid as you like with a big picture, but you’re not in any danger of falling into a state of unconscious thinking.

I think that we should all take a step back and take a step back from our current life. We have to do the things that matter most. Even if we get to stay at home with our spouse, take a bath, and eat dinner together, we have to do these things that matter most.

That is not to say that the rules aren’t still there. You can be as stupid as you like, but if you lose your job, you are not allowed to get up and go to work. If you break a little something, you are not allowed to go on vacation. You are not even allowed to go to the dentist.

This is a rule that has been in place since the beginning of the world. It is so ingrained that it’s a part of the very nature of human life. While it was a bit odd for us to have to follow this rule, we felt that it was a good idea.

The problem is that the rules that are meant to be ignored are a bit more complex than we are used to dealing with. If you are a rule monkey, you can still be an asshole, and if you are an asshole, you can still be a rule monkey. So many things that we think of as “rules” are really not that important, and we may have to accept that.

It is only when we become too attached to rules that we can’t be flexible. If we were able to put aside our rules for a moment, we would see that we have very little control over our lives, and that the rules don’t really help much either. Rules are just a tool for you to make yourself feel important. In this case, the key is to set a little bit of space between ourselves and the rules.
